What It Is
The Integrated Roadmap Visual is the consolidated view that shows all workstreams on a single timeline. Leaders, steering committees, and workstream leads use it to see the whole program at once: milestones, dependencies, risk windows, and critical path on one page.
Why It Matters
Nobody can hold a multi-workstream program in their head. The visual makes the invisible visible: which workstreams sit on the critical path, where dependency chains create risk, and which periods of the timeline carry the most concurrent activity.
