What It Is
The Critical Path Risk Map identifies which milestones, if delayed, would cascade across the entire program. It overlays the risk register onto the critical path from the integrated roadmap to show exactly where the program is most fragile.
Why It Matters
Not all milestones are equal. Some can slip by weeks without consequence; others, if delayed by a single day, cascade across multiple workstreams and push the entire program timeline. The Critical Path Risk Map tells the team where to focus protective attention.
