A planning methodology that turns a fragmented, cross-functional initiative into an owned roadmap, operating rhythm, and executable rollout plan.

Three Phases, Nine Beats

Every engagement follows the same arc: Discover what exists, Design what’s needed, Deliver what lasts.

Discover (Beats 1–3)

Map the landscape, align stakeholders, and architect the program structure before a single milestone is set.

Design (Beats 4–6)

Surface risks, build the integrated roadmap, and define the operating model that keeps it running.

Deliver (Beats 7–9)

Plan the change, sequence the rollout, and package what stays after we leave.

The Nine Beats

  • Beat 1: Landscape Brief (Discover): What did we find?
  • Beat 2: Stakeholder Map (Discover): Who sees what?
  • Beat 3: Architecture Blueprint (Discover): How is it structured?
  • Beat 4: Risk Landscape (Design): What could stop us?
  • Beat 5: Integrated Roadmap (Design): What’s the plan?
  • Beat 6: Operating Model (Design): How will it run?
  • Beat 7: Change Plan (Deliver): Who needs to change?
  • Beat 8: Rollout Plan (Deliver): How does it reach them?
  • Beat 9: Close Package (Deliver): What stays after we leave?

How It Works

Each beat produces a named artifact: a document your team owns and operates from after the engagement ends. Inside each artifact are sub-artifacts, the specific tools, templates, and frameworks that make the work concrete.
