What It Is
The Dependency Diagram maps the technical and organizational dependencies between workstreams. It takes the Cross-Functional Dependencies and Workstream Definitions and produces a visual showing exactly where workstreams are connected, and where a delay in one creates a cascade in others.
Why It Matters
You can’t build an integrated roadmap without understanding the dependency structure. The Dependency Diagram is the structural input that makes roadmap integration possible rather than aspirational.
