What It Is
The Program Cadence Inventory catalogs every existing meeting, review cycle, and reporting cadence the program must integrate with. Organizations already have rhythms: weekly team meetings, monthly business reviews, quarterly board updates. The program either works within those rhythms or fights them.
Why It Matters
